What is your returns/exchange policy?
We do accept returns if your item is damaged or faulty. We package every order as safely as possible, however If an order does arrive damaged, or it is faulty in any way, please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and include clear photo of the issue in order for us to appropriately address it for you. Please ensure that you get in contact within 14 days of delivery, otherwise we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a clear print/production error.
What are your estimated delivery times?
We aim to send your order out within 3-5 working days of your order date. Our main post dates are usually Mondays and Fridays. If you are in need of an item sooner, please pop us a message at email@example.com and we will do as much as we can to get it to you asap.
I placed an order and my delivery address is wrong!
Don't panic! If you've made a mistake on your order, pop us an email straight away with your correct details and we will be able to rectify this for you. Be sure to get in contact asap to prevent your order being sent incorrectly. We cannot be held responsible for any items sent to the incorrect address due to mistakes when ordering.
How do I care for my Enamel Pin/Keyring?
Hooray! You're now a proud Quinn's Pins Pin/Keyring owner! We're proud to say that our Enamel Pins are long lasting, however here are a couple of tips to keep them as pretty as possible:
-To prevent fading, try to keep them out of direct sunlight.
-Avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning and use a microfiber cloth. Try to only clean with a dry cloth, however if needed, warm water can be used.
That's it! They're pretty easy to take care of.
I ordered a few items, will they all arrive together?
All items will arrive together unless you've ordered a bigger item that wont fit in our postal boxes (such as jumpers and mugs). Depending on what you've ordered with these bigger items, your order may be shipped in two separate packages, however they will be shipped on the same day.
I've placed two orders, will they arrive in the same box?
Your orders may be sent in the same box if we notice that your items are going to the same address. This helps us to save on packaging! If this does occur, we will be sure to refund you the shipping cost of the order that is being merged. If you have placed two orders and want them to be sent separately, please pop us an email after ordering firstname.lastname@example.org
