Return Policy

We aim for the quality of the products that we produce to be the best it can be. Each item is checked over before being packaged, however we understand that some errors can slip through. If you have any issues with your order, please email us at contact.quinnspins@gmail.com

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase email. Please provide photos with your email.
Once you get in contact, we will get back to you with further instructions as soon as possible. Please do not return any products unless you have been instructed to do so. It is possible, at out option, to replace the defective product should it be deemed necessary, or we may refund the price of the defective products.

We may replace goods that are…
a) damaged before arriving/being used by yourself
b) the wrong product or part to that specified in your order;

I am unable to refund or replace goods if the problem is down to…
a) damage after receiving the item
b) lost goods after receiving
