Return Policy

I aim for the quality of the products that we produce to be the best it can be.

If however, you are not 100% happy with your goods, you have up to 14 days from the receipt of your delivery to contact me with a clear description of the problem.

Once you get in contact, I will get back to you with further instructions as soon as possible. Please do not return any products unless you have been instructed to do so. I can, at my option, repair or replace the defective product, or refund the price of the defective products.

I can replace goods that are…
a) damaged in transit
b) the wrong product or part to that specified in your order;

I am unable to refund or replace goods if the problem is down to…
a) damage after receiving the item
b) lost goods after receiving
